Morning Influence is a networking event which includes breakfast and a brief presentation that focuses on updates given by Greater Woodstock on important issues or services offered that affect the community as a whole.

    Tracy Albers is the Community Development Director for the City of Woodstock. The Community Development Department is responsible for managing the current and long-term growth of the city through the administration of the zoning and building code and the comprehensive town plan. Prior to joining the team in Woodstock, Tracy spent 17 years working as a Community Development professional in Burbank, Pasadena, and Orange County, California. Yes, she is one of those California transplants. Tracy is originally from Lincoln, Nebraska – this is where she started her civil service career (at age 14) working for the City of Lincoln’s Parks and Recreation Department mowing parks, cleaning grills, and dumping out trash cans. She is a two-time graduate from the University of Nebraska (Go Big Red). She and her architect-husband Brian and their two-year-old daughter Rhiane (pronounced Rhee-Ann) live down in Marietta. She’s a huge fan of wall murals, live music, baseball, and brunch food.

    Kelly Cash joined the City of Woodstock in 2024 as the Special Projects Manager. She has previous municipal experience at the City of Tuscaloosa Convention and Tourism Bureau. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Alabama and has a bachelors in science in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her masters in Public Administration at the University of West Georgia.
